Specialist Computer Centres, S.L., an English multinational company with a strong presence across Europe, dedicated to the development of projects, deployments, and implementation of IT services, is seeking a Product Marketing & Demand Generation Manager (AI)

Define how SCC’s AI offering is positioned, taken to market, and actively drive demand to build a robust sales pipeline in Spain.

This role is a hybrid engine: crafting the narrative (Content Creation) to clearly articulate who the offering is for, what problems it solves, and why customers should choose it, while simultaneously converting that narrative into actionable business opportunities and high-quality leads (Demand Generation). You will ensure our AI portfolio is easy for customers to understand, for sales teams to sell, and for the business to grow.

Key Responsibilities

Positioning & Go-to-Market Ownership

- Own and drive the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for the SCC Spain AI proposition.
- Lead proposition launches, aligning product, sales, marketing, and technology partners (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud).

Content Creation, Narrative & Messaging
- Own the AI narrative and messaging framework, adapting the integral strategy to the local Spanish market.
- Produce compelling, high-quality content across formats: white papers, blog posts, case studies, website copy, and solution briefs.
- Translate complex technical AI concepts (GenAI, ML, automation) into clear, value-driven business language tailored to C-level buyers and IT decision-makers.

Demand Generation & Lead Management
- Design, execute, and manage multi-channel digital campaigns (Webinars, LinkedIn, Email Marketing, SEO/SEM) to generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
- Implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to target SCC's top-tier existing clients for AI cross-selling.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, pipeline health, and ROI,



optimizing tactics to maximize lead conversion into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).

Sales Enablement & Market Insight
- Equip internal sales and pre-sales teams with the tools, pitch decks, battle cards, and guidance to sell AI solutions effectively.
- Develop market, customer, and competitor insights, translating competitive insight into clear differentiation for SCC.
- Position SCC as a credible AI authority through thought leadership

Required Skills

Hard Skills

- Strong experience in both content creation (copywriting, collateral) and demand generation (campaign execution, lead nurturing).
- Proficiency with Marketing Automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
- Analytical mindset: ability to track campaign KPIs, conversion rates, and pipeline impact.
- Proven ability in market insight, positioning, and go-to-market delivery.

Soft Skills
- Clear, confident written and verbal communicator with a flair for storytelling.
- Strong collaborator across sales, technical, and partner teams.
- Builder mentality: adaptable and resilient in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.

Language & Profile
- Fluent Spanish (Native or equivalent) and Fluent English (required for international CoE alignment).
- 3–6 years’ experience in B2B Tech Marketing, Product Marketing, or Demand Gen.
- Strong interest and foundational understanding of AI, Cloud, and digital transformation trends.

- Location: Preferred Madrid, Mandatory Spain / SCC Spain Offices (Hybrid model).
