In this role you will drive strategy, transformation and business-case development for transport, mobility and infrastructure projects. You join a cross-disciplinary team to shape strategic plans, operating models and implementation roadmaps, supporting both public and private sector clients. You will lead workstreams, engage stakeholders and translate analysis into actionable programmes. This position offers hands-on delivery with opportunities to influence investment decisions and programme governance within a global design and engineering firm.
Responsabilidades
- Support clients in addressing strategic, operational and organisational challenges in the transport/mobility sector
- Develop strategic assessments, transformation roadmaps and implementation plans
- Design future operating models and support organisational change initiatives
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement activities
- Translate complex challenges into structured recommendations and actionable programmes
- Develop business cases and option assessments for major programmes
- Evaluate implications of investment decisions and prioritise transformation programmes
- Lead consulting workstreams and coordinate multidisciplinary inputs
- Manage project planning, quality assurance and stakeholder engagement
- Deliver high-quality reports, presentations and client-facing outputs
- Coach and mentor junior consultants
- Review analytical work and contribute to business development and growth of Arups consulting capability in Spain
Requisitos principales
- 6+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, transformation or programme advisory (6-10 years adecuado)
- Experience in business case development, transformation programmes, operating model design or strategic planning
- Experience leading complex workstreams and coordinating multidisciplinary teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with data-driven insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English
- Experience preparing executive-level presentations and reports
- Ability to work independently in evolving environments
- Fluency in Spanish and English
