This position aims to further develop Green Hat ́s capabilities on the consultancy related services.

Assignments will include: Procurement related process for large scale international renewable projects (solar PV, BESS and/or wind projects) Tendering and Contract negotiations for TSA and/or SMA package for renewable projects as well as other ad-hoc agreements (e.g.

BIMCOs, harbour leases, etc) Tendering and Contract negotiations for Balance of Plant package for renewable projects Asset management and claim management for large escale offshore projects What we are looking for?
