Overview In this AI transformation leadership role, you guide cross-functional teams to solve client challenges and deploy GenAI assets. You act as the bridge between client stakeholders, consulting teams, and technical delivery squads, ensuring alignment and delivering end-to-end programs. You drive AI-driven transformations across regulated sectors and foster growth through trusted, data-informed storytelling.

The role blends strategic vision with hands-on delivery, offering meaningful impact in high-stakes environments.

Responsabilidades Lead cross-functional teams (consultants, engineers, DS, designers) to solve AI transformation challenges

Serve as the primary liaison between client stakeholders, consulting teams, and delivery squads; translate business needs into actionable solutions

Deploy BCGs GenAI and agentic AI assets in client workstreams

Direct end-to-end program delivery for AI transformation initiatives (quality, scope, timelines)

Work across regulated, high-impact sectors (e.g., hospital groups, utilities) on flagship GenAI use cases and operating-model redesigns

Engage with high-level clients; shape and present data-driven narratives and vision





Foster professional growth within the team; promote inclusive mentorship and continuous learning

Requisitos principales At least 7 years of experience in top-tier consulting or leading technology/digital transformation with AI-enabled solutions (operations, customer engagement or sales)

Proven track record delivering business value through transformation projects with a substantial technical component

At least 2 years of demonstrated project management/leadership experience

Ability to build relationships and manage clients across different seniorities

Excellent analytical and strategic thinking to develop AI-driven solutions

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration

Some technical knowledge of AI or software development

Commitment to inclusivity and developing others; fostering trust and respect

Fluency in Spanish and English stakeholder management communication leadership

AI knowledge software development understanding data-driven storytelling
