Experteer Overview In this role, you will design and govern incentive compensation programs while aligning them with company strategy. You’ll lead analyses that support field force effectiveness and commercial optimization across teams. You’ll build dashboards, forecasts, and decision-support tools for senior leadership, driving data-driven decisions and process improvements. - Design, implement, and enhance incentive compensation plans and governance frameworks
- Monitor performance, payouts, and effectiveness; run simulations and scenario analyses
- Lead Field Force Effectiveness initiatives including territory design and resource allocation
- Develop dashboards, reports, and analytical tools; provide strategic insights to leadership
- Contribute to forecasting, planning, and evaluation of commercial investments
- Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, HR, Compliance, and other stakeholders
- Ensure data quality, governance, and audit readiness for incentive and FFE processes
- Drive process standardization, automation, and operational efficiency




- Own documentation governance for incentive and FFE processes and related materials
- Conduct benchmarking of incentive models and industry best practicesResponsabilidades
