You will manage onboarding projects across stakeholders to ensure timely delivery. Responsabilidades
- Plan, execute, and monitor global Employee Management Platform implementations for diverse clients




- Become a Deel product expert for customers and internal teams
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders to align use cases with Deel’s best practices
- Identify and resolve complex problems, providing integral payroll expertise
- Collaborate with Customer Experience & R&D; document implementation processes and best practices

Requisitos principales
- 3+ years in a customer onboarding role for a B2B SaaS product in HR, Payroll, or Finance
- Multilingual: Fluent xqbhyrx in German and English
- Strong customer relationship skills and a passion for teaching others
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Clear written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- High attention to detail in onboarding plans and schedules
