Overview In this role you co-lead and implement AI and new technologies to optimize processes and boost operational efficiency, delivering strategic value to Ferrer. You work with business, digital, and data teams to ensure adoption and scalability of solutions within a digital-transformation context. You will stay ahead of AI trends and guide change management to foster a data-driven culture.

Responsabilidades Manage end-to-end AI technology projects aligned with business objectives and AI strategy

Collaborate with business teams and stakeholders to ensure value and successful adoption of solutions

Oversee integration of technologies within Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Snowflake and Salesforce environments

Ensure efficiency and regulatory compliance in deployment, including privacy, security and responsible use of technology

Stay up to date on AI and digital transformation trends and assess applicability to Ferrer





Facilitate adoption of new technologies through training and skills development, driving cultural and functional change toward digitalization and automation

Requisitos principales Bachelors Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, or related fields

Minimum of 5 years of experience managing technology projects with a focus on AI and digital transformation

Experience in Python & SQL programming with a focus on data science

Knowledge of data processing, analysis, modeling, ML, DL, and process automation

Strong knowledge of Azure and Snowflake environments

Experience in designing and developing AI, Generative AI, and process automation solutions

Strong communication and change management skills for AI adoption across business areas

Strategic vision and results-oriented mindset with ability to translate business needs into tech solutions

Proficiency in agile methodologies and technology project management

Experience in data governance, AI ethics, and regulatory compliance

Advanced level of English and Spanish empathy humility curiosity
