Experteer Overview As Global Value Lead you define the value framework for Global Meetings and Events (GMu0026amp; E) at Sanofi, translating data into actionable insights and ensuring governance across regions. You establish and monitor KPIs, drive performance scorecards, and benchmark against industry standards to identify optimization opportunities. You translate complex data into compelling narratives for leadership and ensure adherence to general guidelines while managing vendor governance with key logistics partners. - 5+ years in performance management, business analysis, or KPI development
- Experience with business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel advanced)
- Background in vendor/agency management and governance frameworks
- Strong analytical skills and executive reporting experience
- Ability to translate data into actionable business insights
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
- Fluent English required
- Experience in pharmaceutical/regulated industries preferred
