Experteer Overview
In this role you help reduce fraud losses and improve profitability by applying risk rules and machine learning. You will design and roll out end-to-end fraud controls, evaluate their impact, and iterate for continuous improvement. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to implement preventive measures and monitor KPIs. You’ll translate complex fraud topics into clear insights for ops, leadership, and partners, driving measurable impact. This is an opportunity to shape risk processes in a fast-paced, globally scaling delivery platform.

• Identify opportunities to reduce fraud losses across streams using advanced risk rules and ML
• Design, implement, and roll out end-to-end fraud prevention strategies and controls
• Support evaluation of controls via setup, monitoring, and performance analysis of A/B tests
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to propose innovative preventive controls
• Conduct risk analysis with SQL, Python, and analytics platforms to detect patterns and monitor metrics
• Contribute to ML workflows by defining features, validating outputs, and flagging drift




• Maintain centralized escalation process for suspected fraud and align regional risk controls
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards in Looker to track fraud OKRs and compliance metrics
• Drive clarity on complex fraud topics using data-driven communication to diverse audiences

Responsabilidades
• 1-3 years of experience in fraud prevention, risk management, fintech, or analytics
• Bachelor's degree in economics, statistics, mathematics, engineering, or related quantitative field
• Strong SQL skills; Python or analytical tools familiarity is a plus
• Experience with BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or similar
• Understanding of precision vs. recall and A/B testing principles
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Curiosity and problem-solving mindset; willingness to learn in risk/fintech
• Proficiency in English
