What You Will Learn & Do as a Reservations Trainee:

- Assist in managing hotel reservations via phone, email, and online channels
- Support in handling guest inquiries, providing accurate information about rooms, rates, and services
- Learn how to use reservation systems and booking platforms




- Help ensure all bookings are correctly entered and updated in the system
- Assist in coordinating with Front Office and other departments to ensure smooth guest arrivals
- Learn to manage cancellations, modifications, and special requests
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional communication style
- Observe and apply hotel standards and procedures in all interactions

What are we looking for?

- A current university or school student related to Hospitality, Tourism, or Business
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Friendly, proactive, and eager to learn
- Available for a 6-month full-time internship
- Able to sign a collaboration agreement with your school
- Legally authorized to work in Spain or enrolled in a university approved for internships within the EU
