Hi, I'm Ariadna Puig (ln). I joined Qida in 2019 when Qida was an idea with less than 100 clients and 7 employees. Since my first day, I've focused on growth: first focusing on our core business (Private Home Care), then diversifying the business by opening 2 new business units, and finally returning to private home care to scale the BU to the next stage. In these 7 years, we've grown from 50k to over €50M in sales, from 7 to 300+ employees, and from 1 to 5 BUs.

I left consulting and joined Qida because I loved the combination of a meaningful mission with the business challenge of building something almost from scratch… where everything is still to be done and the potential is incredible, working to help seniors live longer and better lives. Never losing sight of the mission: "To achieve health and social care system sustainability by:

we are looking for our Head of Salesforce Effectiveness to help us scale our growth to the next level.
This is one of those opportunities that do not come up every day — and to be honest, it is not for everyone. This is a high-leverage transformation role, not a traditional operational one. You will own the strategic levers that make our commercial team systematically better every day. Reporting directly to me and holding a seat on the Management Team, you will work hand-in-hand with Product, Tech, and Marketing to drive our growth engine.

What will your role be?

Your core mission will be to own commercial transformation across training, tooling, conversion, and new product playbooks. Specifically, you will focus on:
- Sales Training & Enablement: Design and roll out an annual training plan (techniques, processes, best practices). Run continuous coaching loops (call listening, structured feedback) for both top and underperformers, lead a team of internal Sal
