Description
We are looking for an experienced AML/KYC Consultant to join our growing Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Financial Crime transformation practice.
The successful candidate will play a key role in the implementation, enhancement and support of Fenergo/other systems solutions across leading financial institutions, working closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers and compliance teams.
This role is idóneo for someone with hands-on experience configuring and managing workflows, client journeys, rules, data models and onboarding processes within banking or financial services environments.
Key Responsibilities
Fenergo or other systems Configuration & Delivery
- Configure and maintain the main solution
- Translate business requirements into Fenergo configuration and platform solutions.
- Configure client journeys, workflow steps, business rules, validations and user interfaces.
- Support sprint planning,
configuration build activities and release management.
- Participate in design workshops and requirements gathering sessions.
- Ensure configurations align with both business requirements and Fenergo best practices.
Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with Business Analysts, SMEs, Compliance teams and client stakeholders.
- Support client demonstrations and walkthroughs of configured functionality.
- Assist in solution design discussions and identify opportunities to leverage out-of-the-box functionality.
Testing & Quality Assurance
- Perform unit testing of configuration changes.
- Support SIT, UAT and production deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during testing and post-go-live support.
- Ensure configuration documentation is maintained and up to date.
Continuous Improvement
- Stay current with Fenergo product releases and new platform capabilities.
