Director of Sales - Southern Europe - Spain/Italy based remote - €115K basic + €75K comm

An opportunity for an accomplished software sales leader with a proven track record of managing remote teams across Italy and Spain, a strong passion for technology, and a clear focus on driving sustainable business growth.

The adecuado candidate will bring extensive experience from an MDM background and you will have a clear understanding of the landscape of MDM within this geographic region. Your role will include developing and executing effective sales strategies, expanding enterprise accounts and strategic partner relationships, and leading high-performing teams to achieve ambitious revenue targets. You will be commercially focused, highly collaborative across functions, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, while consistently delivering an exceptional experience for both customers and employees.

Role accountabilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing, enterprise-focused sales team across Southern Europe, building strong executive relationships with strategic accounts.




- Drive regional growth targets with strong operational discipline, accurate forecasting, and consistent sales execution.
- Lead strategic enterprise opportunities, including executive engagements, account planning, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Embed and champion sales methodology across the sales organisation, coaching teams on qualification, deal progression, forecasting, and value-based selling.
- Develop account growth strategies to maximise retention, expansion, and long-term revenue.
- Build strong channel partnerships to identify and close enterprise opportunities and strengthen the regional ecosystem.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Leadership to accelerate pipeline generation and customer outcomes.
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer-centricity.
