, we are looking for an experienced
People & Culture Solution Architect
to lead the design and evolution of our global HR technology landscape.

This role will act as the bridge between business strategy and technical execution, defining the target architecture and ensuring secure, scalable, and business-focused solutions across the People & Culture ecosystem.

? Main responsibilities:
- Define and maintain the architectural vision, standards, and roadmap for the People & Culture digital landscape.
- Lead solution architecture across Workday and connected third-party platforms.
- Design and govern integrations between Workday, payroll systems, ERP platforms, and enterprise applications.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions aligned with company objectives.
- Establish architecture standards for security, privacy, RBAC, APIs, middleware, and data governance.
- Assess Workday releases, AI/ML innovations, and automation opportunities.
- Review solution designs, guide delivery teams,



and ensure architectural integrity throughout implementation.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks while driving continuous improvement and system optimization.

? Who are you?
- 8+ years of experience as a Solution Architect in enterprise environments.
- Deep expertise in Workday architecture and the broader HR technology ecosystem.
- Strong knowledge of Hire-to-Retire and Time-to-Pay processes.
- Hands-on experience with Workday integrations, including Studio, EIBs, and APIs.
- Experience with cloud platforms, SaaS solutions, middleware, API-first architectures, and event-driven design.
- Strong understanding of data governance, security, privacy, and role-based access control.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Professional fluency in English.

Nice to have:
- Official Workday certifications.
- Experience in multinational organizations and integral deployments.
- Knowledge of Agile delivery methodolog
