What you will do
As an SDR at Triple, you open the door. You find the banks and fintechs that should be talking to us, get the right person into a first conversation, and hand a qualified opportunity to the AE team.
- Building and prioritising target account lists across European banks and fintechs,
using AI agents for research and enrichment so the list is never stale
- Running outbound across LinkedIn, email and phone, with messages that are personal because you did the work, not because a template says so
- Qualifying inbound and outbound leads and booking meetings for the AEs
- Building your own tooling: prompts, agents and workflows that take the repetitive parts of prospecting off your plate, so your time goes into the conversations
- Keeping the CRM clean and the handover sharp, so nothing is lost between first touch and first meeting
- Travelling to events and conferences to meet prospects in person
- Hitting your pipeline targets: qualified meetings booked and pipeline generated for the Sales team
This is a role with real growth potential. You'll work directly with the AEs and the founders, you'll see how a deal with a bank actually gets done, and the path from SDR to AE is short and open her
