Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Incentive Strategy, Design & Governance
- Design, implement, maintain,



and continuously enhance incentive compensation plans.
- Define performance metrics, sales objectives, business rules, and governance frameworks.
- Ensure alignment between company strategy, commercial priorities, and field force execution.

Incentive Performance Management
- Monitor performance results, target achievement, and incentive payouts.
- Assess incentive effectiveness and recommend adjustments to improve business outcomes and sales behaviors.
- Conduct incentive simulations and scenario analyses.

Field Force Effectiveness (FFE) & Commercial Optimization
- Lead sales force sizing, territory design, customer segmentation, resource allocation, and coverage optimization initiatives.
- Develop data-driven recommendations to maximize commercial effectiveness and return on investment.

Business Analytics & Decision Support
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical tools
