Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a strategic, hands-on, and visionary engineering leader with a strong background in luxury hotels, large-scale resorts, or complex hospitality environments. Passionate about operational excellence, sustainability, innovation, and service, you will be responsible for defining, leading, and elevating the resort's overall Engineering and Facilities strategy, ensuring a safe, efficient, sustainable, and world-class environment aligned with The Ritz-Carlton standards.

Your leadership will play a key role in ensuring the seamless operation and long-term performance of the resort's buildings, facilities, technical systems, and infrastructure,



while inspiring multidisciplinary teams and contributing to an exceptional guest and associate experience.

Your Responsibilities Will Include...
- Define and execute the resort's comprehensive Engineering and Facilities strategy, aligned with The Ritz-Carlton vision, Gold Standards, and Marriott International policies.
- Lead and oversee all engineering, maintenance, facilities, utilities, technical services, and building operations across the resort.
- Ensure the reliable, safe, and efficient operation of all critical systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, water treatment, fire and life safety, elevators, pools, kitchens, refrigeration, energy systems, and other technical infrastructure.
- Maintain the highest standards of preventive and corrective maintenance, minimizing downtime and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
