- 5+ years of experience
as an IT Project Manager.
- Proven experience managing
end-to-end IT projects
in complex environments.
- Strong knowledge of
Waterfall and Agile (Scrum) methodologies

- Experience in
project planning, budgeting, risk management, and resource allocation
.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Experience using project management tools such as
Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar
.
- Fluent
English
(written and spoken).
- Based in
Madrid
or willing to work from Madrid.

- Lead and deliver IT projects, ensuring scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectives are met.
- Manage project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting activities.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and facilitate collaboration across business and technical departments.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain regular communication with key business partners.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and oversee project governance processes.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and organizational standards.
- Continuously drive process improvements and contribute to project delivery excellence.
