AI Engineer
who can turn these principles into working systems.

What you will do

You take AI projects from requirement to production.

You will design and build AI applications,



agents and automations; connect models with company data, APIs and existing systems; implement retrieval, tool use and orchestration where they make sense; and decide when cloud models, open models or local infrastructure are the better choice.

You won't just receive technical specifications. You will need to understand the presente business problem, challenge assumptions and translate requirements into an architecture that works in the real world.

That also means thinking about security, privacy, observability, maintainability and the boundaries of what an AI system should be allowed to do.

What you bring

We care less about a particular CV than about whether you can actually build.

You should be comfortable working across modern AI engineering, including:
- LLMs and their APIs as well as open-source models
- RAG, agents, tool/function calling and AI orchestration
- Python and modern backend/API d
