We are looking for a French & English Technical Support Agent to join our team in Barcelona and provide first-level support for an international client in the Internet & Technology industry.
This is a great opportunity for someone who combines strong communication skills with a basic technical/networking background and would like to develop their career in IT support.
Tasks
? Your main responsibilities
* Provide first-level customer and technical support to users.
* Assist customers with basic questions and issues related to internet services.
* Identify and troubleshoot basic connectivity and technical problems.
* Follow established troubleshooting procedures and technical guidelines.
* Collect the necessary information to understand and resolve incidents.
* Escalate more complex technical issues to the appropriate support teams.
* Keep customer information and incident records accurately updated.
* Provide a professional and customer-focused service in French and English.
* Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the support process.
Requirements
? What are we looking for?
* Native or fluent French – C1/C2 level.
* Fluent English – minimum C1 level.
* CCNA 1 certification or equivalent basic Cisco networking knowledge.
* Basic understanding of:
TCP/IP
LAN/WAN
Network connectivity
Routers and switches
Basic troubleshooting
* Good communication and problem-solving skills.
* Customer-oriented mindset.
* Ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical users.
* Previous experience in customer service, technical support or a contact centre is a plus.
