Overview In this role you drive large-scale automation deployments for Amazon's SEU fulfilment network, overseeing complex robotics and material-handling projects across multiple sites. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and external contractors to deliver state-of-the-art automation on time and to quality standards. The position combines hands-on deployment with process improvement in a fast-paced, ownership-focused culture.
You will travel extensively across the EU/UK to implement scalable solutions.
Responsabilidades Lead evaluation and delivery of large-scale automation technologies ensuring readiness for general scale Coordinate cross-functional teams and external contractors to ensure on-time project delivery Evaluate and implement advanced material handling systems and robotic innovations Ensure deployment deliverables meet timelines and Amazon quality standards Provide guidance and troubleshooting for complex automation deployments Drive continuous improvement of deployment processes Collaborate with product, safety, deployment, quality and vendor teams throughout the project lifecycle Travel 60-70% within country and EU as needed Requisitos principales Bachelor in Engineering or equivalent STEM field Proficient English communication (written and spoken) Experience managing competing priorities across stakeholders Experience in project/program delivery or deployment execution Knowledge of automation technologies, material handling systems and/or robotics Strong problem-solving abilities Experience authoring detailed, user-focused Work Instructions or SOPs for field execution stakeholder management clear communication problem-solving automation technologies material handling systems robotics deployments
