Key Responsibilities 1. Operational Management * Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently. * Manage the availability, maintenance, and condition of the vehicle fleet. * Coordinate vehicle rentals, returns, and cleaning schedules for optimal efficiency. 2. Customer Service * Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing complaints. * Train and support staff in delivering excellent customer service at every interaction. 3. Staff Management * Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate station staff, including rental agents and customer service representatives. * Schedule staff shifts and manage workloads to ensure operational efficiency and coverage. 4. Sales and Financial Management * Monitor and achieve sales targets,



including upselling additional services. * Manage the station’s budget, control operational costs, and ensure profitability. 5.
