About the team

The Group Talent Acquisition team identifies, attracts and hires the talent Cellnex needs to deliver on its strategy. The team defines and manages the end-to-end hiring process, partners with hiring managers and People Business Partners, and leads employer branding, university relations and recruitment strategy and technology.

Under the supervision of your tutor and with the guidance of the Talent Acquisition team, you will learn how recruitment works in a leading European company by collaborating in real processes.

What you'll do

Internship recruitment (main focus)
- Collaborate in the recruitment of corporate internship vacancies, from job posting and CV screening to first screenings and shortlists.
- Support candidate communication and the follow-up of cooperation agreements with universities.

Full-time recruitment
- Assist with interview scheduling and help keep the process tracking up to date.

Ignition Project – our internship programme
- Support the coordination of the programme calendar, intern activities and assessments.

Reporting & admin
- Collaborate in recruitment reporting (pipeline, KPIs, status, internal mobility) and provide administrative support to the Talent area.
