Overview

As SDR Team Leader for the Spanish Market, you will coach and inspire a team of SDRs to improve prospecting, qualification, and engagement with decision-makers. You'll turn KPIs into actionable, data-driven strategies that boost productivity and results, while maintaining a positive, collaborative culture. You'll partner with Sales, Marketing, and Enablement to define unified prospecting efforts and ensure strong SDR–AE handoffs.

This role shapes the growth of Factorial's sales in a fast-paced HR tech environment.

Responsabilidades Coach and empower SDRs to prospect smarter, qualify better, and build connections with decision-makers

Translate performance metrics into data-driven actions to improve productivity and results

Maintain motivation and foster a collaborative, ownership-driven culture

Collaborate with Sales Managers, AEs,



and Marketing to define effective prospecting strategies

Ensure the team consistently hits goals, including MRR, demos, and outreach quality

Coordinate with Sales Enablement and RevOps to train on tools, techniques, and messaging

Collaborate with AE Team Leads and Sales Director to improve SDR–AE handoff

Requisitos principales 2+ years in B2B sales within SaaS or digital transformation environments

Experience leading SDR/BDR teams or significant senior SDR experience

Adept at data analysis and developing commercial strategy

Excellent communicator with ability to build rapport and empathy

Proactive, creative, and able to generate new ideas

Full ownership and accountability for activities

Fluent in Spanish (expert) and English (excellent)
