To support the expansion of our team and business, we are looking for a versatile, hands-on Sales Marketing Manager. In this role, you will oversee our full-stack marketing strategy; spanning brand positioning, sales enablement, digital content, industry events, and lead generation, while managing a lean marketing team.

What You’ll Do

- 360°
- Marketing Execution: Drive and execute Adwake’s overall B2B marketing strategy across all channels, elevating brand awareness and pipeline demand for our full range of digital media and adtech solutions (including Playback)
- Team Leadership: Direct, coordinate, and mentor a small, dedicated marketing team (covering mid-level and junior roles), setting clear daily execution priorities and aligning deliverables with business goals
- Sales Enablement &
- Positioning: Partner closely with the sales team to build high-impact pitch materials, case studies, collateral, and outbound campaigns that engage prospects across target mobile and digital verticals
- Events &
- Industry Activations: Lead the end-to-end planning, production, and execution of industry trade shows,



conferences, booth presences, speaking engagements, and client events to generate leads and drive client retention
- Content &
- Insights Strategy: Oversee content across social media, website, PR, case studies, and market insights, establishing Adwake as a thought leader in the digital advertising space
- Reporting &
- Budgeting: Track team KPI dashboards, monitor campaign and event ROI, manage operational marketing expenses, and report performance regularly to leadership

What You Need to Have
- 3–5 years of broad B2B marketing experience, ideally within digital advertising, adtech, or mobile applications
- Experience in gaming or mobile app growth is a plus
- Full-Funnel Expertise: Proven ability to manage a wide mix of marketing disciplines simultaneously—including event management, content strategy, sales enablement, and performance tracking
- Team Management: Practical experience managing, coordinating, or mentoring direct reports in a collaborative setting
- Communication &
- Project Management: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
