What You Will Learn & Do as a Sales & Marketing Trainee:

- Support the Sales & Marketing team in daily operations and projects
- Learn about hotel sales strategies, market positioning, and business development
- Assist with the coordination of groups, events, and client inquiries
- Support marketing campaigns, social media initiatives, and promotional activities
- Gain experience in market research, competitor analysis, and reporting




- Help maintain databases, sales reports, and client relationships
- Develop communication, organizational, and commercial skills within a luxury hospitality environment
- Learn how different hotel departments collaborate to deliver exceptional guest experiences

What are we looking for?
- A current university or school student in Hospitality, Tourism, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Friendly, proactive, and eager to learn
- Passionate about hospitality, sales, and marketing
- Available for a 6-month full-time internship
- Able to sign a collaboration agreement with your school
- Legally authorized to work in Spain or enrolled in a university approved for internships within the EU
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
