Role Description This part-time on-site Sales Specialist role is based at Charco Studio in Barcelona.

The Sales

Specialist is responsible for welcoming and engaging visitors, presenting products and services, and guiding prospective clients through the purchasing process. Daily tasks include conducting product demonstrations, responding to inquiries in person, by phone, and via email, and maintaining accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities. The role also involves collaborating with the studio team to support promotional events, implementing sales strategies, and providing feedback on customer trends and preferences. Additionally, the Sales Specialist helps train team members on sales best practices and contributes to an inclusive, professional, and customer-focused studio environment.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and team members.




- Proven Customer Service abilities to build rapport, handle inquiries, and resolve concerns effectively.
- Demonstrated Sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a retail or studio setting.
- Background in Training and Sales Management, including coaching peers and supporting implementation of sales processes.
- Comfort working on-site in Barcelona and engaging with diverse customers in a multicultural environment.
- Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and CRM tools for tracking leads and sales activity.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and attention to detail when managing schedules and documentation.
- Prior experience in design, art, or creative studio environments is an advantage but not required.
