Overview In this role, you will own both SAP Basis administration for S/4HANA and end-to-end service delivery (SAP hosting) for mission-critical SAP landscapes. You will work closely with SAP and infrastructure teams to ensure availability, performance, and secure hosting across on-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments. You will lead deployment, automation, and capacity planning while coordinating with service providers to meet SLAs and drive continuous improvements.

Compensaciones / Ventajas flexible working arrangements Responsabilidades Perform SAP Basis administration tasks including installation, configuration, patching, and upgrades of S/4HANA Monitor SAP system performance, availability, and stability and proactively resolve issues Manage SAP Transport Management System (TMS) and ensure smooth deployment of changes Troubleshoot complex SAP S/4HANA issues across database, OS, and application layers End-to-end service delivery management for SAP hosting including SLAs, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives Infrastructure orchestration and provisioning for SAP HANA workloads (compute, memory, storage)



Drive deployment automation using IaC/automation tools to streamline server and database node provisioning Lifecycle and capacity management for server hardware/VMs to support SAP growth and upgrades Coordinate with infrastructure teams for seamless component delivery and secure network integration Collaborate on SAP project implementations, migrations, and system landscape transformations Document configurations, workflows, and troubleshooting steps Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and IT teams Requisitos principales Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Proven SAP Basis Administrator or Technical Specialist with S/4HANA focus Experience in Service Delivery Management including provisioning and lifecycle management of enterprise-grade server infrastructure Delivery-focused mindset Strong communication and coordination across teams Independent work style with ability to manage complex timelines SAP HANA database administration Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and automation tooling Enterprise server architecture (Compute, Storage, Networking) and virtualization (VMware, Nutanix, cloud-native)
