Experteer Overview
In this role you will partner with customers and partners to showcase Netskope’s cloud security platform, translating complex tech into business value for senior security leaders. You’ll own the technical narrative from demos to POCs, influence product feedback, and drive regional success while traveling as needed. You will work cross-functionally to resolve issues and differentiate Netskope in a competitive market, helping scale adoption of cloud security solutions. This position offers high impact and growth in a mission-driven, collaborative culture.

Responsabilidades




• 7+ years of relevant Solutions/Systems Engineer experience with proven ability to present to executives or architects
• Strong empathy for customers, revenue-driven, and results-oriented
• Excellent written/spoken communication and executive-level presentation skills
• Ability to scale explanations from whiteboard to security architects to CISOs
• Customer-centric mindset with resilience in challenging situations
• Experience with installing/configuring Windows, Linux, and MacOS systems; mobile device technologies (MDM/MAM) and iOS/Android
• Knowledge of certificates, key management, HSM, and related protocols
• Hands-on experience with security solutions (Web Proxy, NGFW, Security Gateways, SAML/SSO, DLP, data security) and familiarity with regex
• Experience with Cloud Identity Providers, SCIM, SIEM, SOAR, EDR, SD-WAN; AD/ADFS/Azure AD; public clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Travel willingness within the region; cloud/SaaS/IaaS/PaaS sales exposure
• Spanish and English fluency
• Desirable scripting (Python) and REST API experience; prior vendor Cloud Security exposure
• Security certifications (CISSP, CCSP, PCNSE, etc) and networking certs (CCNP/CCIE) beneficial
