- 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing, configuring, or supporting SAP WM or decentralized WMS environments.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of warehouse logistics, inventory control, and supply chain execution processes.
- System Integration: Proven track record of integrating WMS with automated material handling equipment (AMHE) and enterprise resource planning systems.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical mindset with the capability to translate complex business requirements into technical configurations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities for working effectively within general, cross-functional teams.
