Overview In this role you create best-in-class UX/UI for the SE Intel platform, turning complex data into clear, actionable insights. You work with Product Owners and Data teams to align design with Schneider Electric principles, ensuring dashboards are intuitive, performant, and adoption-ready. You will shape data-driven interfaces for executives, leaders, and analysts, including AI-assisted analytics experiences.

Responsabilidades

Define and drive the UX vision and design standards for SE Intel dashboards and analytics products

Design the experience layer for AI-assisted analytics, including prompt flows and result presentation

Translate business requirements into user journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs

Ensure consistency across user personas and apply Quartz design system principles

Create end-to-end dashboard experiences with navigation, filtering, and storytelling

Conduct user research and usability testing to improve experience and track UX success metrics

Maintain reusable UX components and prototypes for scalability

Collaborate with Product Owners, Data Engineers/Analysts, and Visualization developers





Drive innovation in data visualization, AI-driven UX, and best practices

Act as UX expert within SE Intel and influence stakeholders on analytics adoption

Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure design-to-development consistency

Promote accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA) and inclusive design across dashboards

Support adoption by making dashboards self-explanatory and decision-oriented

Work with cross-global teams to ensure a consistent experience at scale

Benchmark external practices to elevate SE Intel UX maturity

Contribute to next-generation analytics experiences for SE Intel

Requisitos principales Proven UX/UI design experience for analytics, BI platforms, or data products

Portfolio of shipped data-rich interfaces

Strong data visualization principles and user-centered design methodologies

Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch

Experience with at least one major BI tool (Tableau, Power BI)

Data literacy and ability to read data models

Strong collaboration and communication with technical and business stakeholders

Experience in Agile environments with cross-functional teams

Comfort with AI-assisted design and accessibility tooling
