The role of Careers is to facilitate companies access to Esade graduate talent while maximizing the number and quality of opportunities available to students.

RESPONSABILIDADES/FUNCIONES The post holder will be responsible for generating, building, and strengthening relationships with Key Accounts (companies looking for top talent)



and have a primary focus on creating and increasing employment opportunities for permanent positions and internships nationally and internationally.

The Sector

Expert will create and implement an overall corporate outreach-sales plan and set and deliver objectives and outcomes. At the same time, the post holder is responsible for advising and training students in the Financial Services sector.

2.1 Business Development/Key Account Management

- It will be the responsibility of the post holder to maintain existing and develop newrelationships with companies who have already or have potential for hiring MBA,CEMS, MSc and BBA students into internship and/ or full-time jobs, in the FinancialServices Sector.
- Availability for occasional international business trips.
- The successful candidate will need to manage highly demanding and competitiverecruiters and optimize recruiting activities on campus.

2.2 Job Offers

- The post holder will facilitate connections between employers and candidates byposting job and internships opportunities, collecting CV’s, scheduling interviews andattending and hosting recruiting and networking activities on campus.

2.3 Career support students





- Sectorial advising and Mock interviews for students interested in Financial Services todevelop and support their job search strategies and actively monitoring students’progress to contribute to the overall placement success of Esade graduates.
- Deliver specific training for students interested in Financial Services and/or coordinatesome of these training courses with external providers.
