Broadway Malyan Madrid is looking for a Senior Architect with a minimum of 10 years of experience, with the ability to lead large-scale projects in the Concept, Schematic Design, Detail Design and Site Supervision phases, coordinating internal and external teams and managing the relationship with the client.

Constructive and technical knowledge, design skills and resolution of construction details. Valuable experience in the Retail and shopping centre sector. Proficiency in English, Autocad, Sketchup, Photoshop and Microsoft Office package is essential.

- Minimum of 10 years of experience
- Combination of creative abilities and technical knowledge
- Retail, shopping centres and Mixed-use experience will be valuable
- Fluency in Spanish and English is essential
- Residence in Madrid
- Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite required
- Graphical, hand-drawing and presentation skills
