Overview

As a senior Cyber & Tech PI Underwriter, you shape the Cyber portfolio within Integral Specialty. You will lead underwriting strategy, ensure pricing discipline, and drive profitable growth through complex risk selection. You'll own broker and client relationships and bring technical leadership to the team. This role blends deep underwriting with business insight in a dynamic, inclusive culture that values impact and learning.

Responsabilidades Lead and execute the Cyber underwriting plan with strong risk selection and pricing discipline

Underwrite complex Cyber and Tech PI risks respecting appetite, guidelines, and governance

Enable portfolio optimization and robust pipeline management for business growth

Leverage data and market insights to inform decisions and drive product/underwriting innovation

Build and maintain relationships with key brokers and customers as a trusted contact





Collaborate with Head of Cyber and leadership to shape underwriting strategy

Provide technical leadership, coaching, and mentoring to peers

Collaborate with claims, actuarial, portfolio management, and other stakeholders to manage priorities

Requisitos principales Proven experience as Cyber and/or Tech PI Underwriter or Broker with strong market contacts

Deep knowledge of Cyber & Tech PI exposures, controls, coverages, and trends

Strong technical underwriting skills with emphasis on risk quality and governance

Solid business and financial acumen; ability to interpret P&L; drivers

Experience across multiple market cycles and adaptable trading strategies

Leadership experience; ability to coach and translate strategy into execution

Effective stakeholder management and ability to influence across a fast-moving environment customer focus relationship-building data-driven communication
