Experteer Overview
In this role you will support mobility, infrastructure and public-sector clients with strategic planning, transformation and business-case development. You will lead workstreams, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and translate analysis into actionable recommendations. You’ll shape operating models, governance and investment decisions while coaching junior consultants. This is a hands-on role that blends strategic thinking with practical delivery to drive client impact and growth for Arup Spain.

• Develop strategic assessments, transformation roadmaps and implementation plans
• Design future operating models and drive organisational change initiatives

Responsabilidades
• 6+ years in management consulting, strategy, transformation or related fields
• Experience in business case development, transformation programmes, operating model design or strategic planning
• Experience leading complex workstreams and coordinating multidisciplinary teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with data-derived insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Spanish and English
• Experience preparing executive-level presentations and reports
• Ability to work independently and proactively in evolving environments
• Fluent in Spanish and English
