At Mpforall we are looking for Senior Developer (.NET) professionals with at least 3 years of experience and an English level of B2/C1, for long-term projects, 100% remote , full-time (40 hours per week).

As a senior developer, you will play a key hands-on role in the design and delivery of high-quality software solutions for electronic trading and pricing workflows. You will be expected to bring strong technical capability, deep practical experience of modern .NET development, and the ability to work confidently on complex platform components. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a new greenfield solution within fixed income electronic trading, built on AWS and modern .NET technologies, with a strong focus on engineering quality, reliability and production-grade delivery.

Technical Skills Required

:

Expert-level C# and .NET/.NET Core experience, with a strong understanding of object-oriented design, SOLID principles and clean architecture.

Strong experience designing, building and supporting ASP.NET Core Web APIs and RESTful services in production environments.

Advanced understanding of multi-threading, asynchronous programming, performance tuning and distributed system design.

Proven experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including data modelling, performance considerations and operational support.

Hands-on experience with containerisation technologies such as Docker and modern deployment patterns.

Strong experience designing and delivering API-based service-oriented or microservice architectures.

Strong discipline around automated testing, including unit, integration and behaviour-driven testing using tools such as NUnit, Moq and Cucumber.

Extensive experience with messaging and event-driven architectures using technologies such as RabbitMQ, TIBCO, SignalR or equivalent platforms.

Strong experience with continuous integration, continuous delivery and source control tooling such as Git, TeamCity or equivalent platforms.





Practical experience working in Agile delivery teams and contributing to software lifecycle improvements.

Experience supporting production systems, diagnosing incidents and improving reliability, monitoring and operational readiness.

Advanced English (required)

Nice to have Skills

Fixed Income product knowledge, ideally including electronic trading, pricing, RFQ workflows or market connectivity.

Experience configuring and improving continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.

Awareness of one or more JavaScript single-page application frameworks.

Hands-on experience designing or operating solutions on AWS.

Experience with cloud-native observability, infrastructure as code or automated deployment tooling.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field, or substantial practical experience delivering software at a senior level.



Demonstrable experience designing and delivering production-quality enterprise systems is essential.

Job Responsibilities / Role

Design, build and maintain high-quality .NET software components across the full software delivery lifecycle.

Take hands-on ownership of technically complex platform components, ensuring they are robust, maintainable, scalable and well documented.

Apply strong engineering judgement to architecture, design, implementation, testing and operational considerations.

Work closely with trading, product, architecture, infrastructure and partner technology teams to deliver solutions aligned to business priorities.

Contribute to strong engineering practices including automated testing, observability, secure coding, CI/CD and effective release management.

You will work 100% remotely from wherever you decide. Sometimes you may have face-to-face meetings and for that reason you have to reside in Spain or in the European Union.
