Overview In this role you will lead direct tax and transfer pricing activities for a multinational, ensuring compliant, efficient tax governance and continuous process improvement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage tax provisions, TP documentation, and audits, shaping a scalable tax function. You will drive standardization and automation to reduce risk and support strategic business objectives.

Responsabilidades

- Lead corporate income tax compliance and provisions, ETR forecasting, withholding taxes, and year-end processes
- Provide expertise on direct tax and transfer pricing matters, including intercompany pricing and documentation
- Support tax audits and act as key contact for tax authorities and external advisors
- Identify tax risks, control gaps, and opportunities for process improvement
- Drive standardization, automation,



and knowledge sharing within the tax function

Requisitos principales
- Bachelor in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Taxation, or related field
- 4+ years of direct tax and transfer pricing experience in a multinational environment
- Strong knowledge of corporate income tax and OECD transfer pricing guidelines and compliance requirements
- Experience with SAP (preferably S/4HANA) and Microsoft Excel
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
- Exposure to tax technology and automation initiatives is a plus
- CPA, CA, CFA, or equivalent certification is a plus
- Master's degree or professional tax qualification preferred but not essential
