Overview In this role you will support the Head of Finance M&A; to drive the One Ricoh Finance agenda by integrating acquisitions and aligning businesses with Ricohs operating model. You will standardise processes, embed governance, and enable data-driven decisions for scalable growth. You will bridge strategy, finance and operations across NewCos and OpCos.

Compensaciones / Ventajas meaningful work learning pathways and mentoring volunteering and sustainability initiatives fair rewards flexible working wellbeing resources Responsabilidades Support the integration of acquired companies into Ricoh's finance model (Finance, Administration, Procurement) Contribute to standardisation of processes (payments, supplier approvals) and governance Design and deploy a group-wide taxonomy framework for revenue classification and reporting Ensure consistent financial reporting across OpCos and NewCos (revenue, gross margin, profitability)



Develop profitability reporting architecture and dashboards; establish a single source of truth through data governance Support alignment of systems (CRM, ERP, reporting tools) and automation initiatives Assist deployment of time allocation tools and policies across NewCos Provide financial support in business cases and during DD; coordinate finance integration roadmap Requisitos principales Auditor or Controller experience in international environments or top-tier consulting Fluency in English; additional languages beneficial Experience applying AI to business processes Proficient with M365; knowledge of ERP systems such as Oracle or Microsoft; BI tools; Hyperion Degree in business administration or finance (or equivalent) Comfort with risk and ambiguity; ability to form and support opinions Analytical, strategic thinker with data-driven decision-making Ability to work autonomously and support Head of Finance M&A; across acquisitions cross-functional collaboration analytical thinking communication skills Oracle Microsoft Dynamics Hyperion
