Overview In this role you will design, implement and maintain enterprise-grade Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions that empower multi-market engagement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, compliant customer journeys and data integrations. You'll drive impact by optimizing automated workflows and ensuring reliable, scalable marketing data flows. This position offers the chance to shape pharma-client campaigns while advancing SFMC expertise within a global agency.

Responsabilidades Maintain and monitor Journey Builder and Automation Studio workflows, including multi-org connectors

Design, develop, and support enterprise-scale SFMC solutions across international markets

Maintain integrations between SFMC, CDP, Data Cloud and source systems

Handle security, privacy and compliance tasks with PDPA/GDPR and consent management





Create and maintain implementation documentation and perform impact assessments

Perform incident resolution and monitoring

Coordinate with System Lead, developers, and leadership to ensure quality delivery

Requisitos principales 5+ years of Salesforce solution delivery with deep SFMC specialization

System Integration experience; migration experience a plus

Expert-level proficiency in SFMC modules: Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Cloud Pages, Microsites

Strong data modeling, data lifecycle, governance, data integration knowledge

Experience with DevOps tools: Git, Jenkins, JIRA

Bachelors degree from an accredited university

Strong business analysis, system design, requirement specification, and project coordination

Customer oriented with excellent communication skills

Autonomous with strong ownership

Proactive and collaborative

SFMC modules: Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Cloud Pages, Microsites

PostgreSQL knowledge (value added)

Data governance, data retention, archiving, ownership and stewardship
