As a Senior Marketing Data Analyst in the Marketing Analytics team, you design and deliver high-impact analytics solutions, build data pipelines, and create tools that empower partner teams. You'll shape the analytics direction with advanced statistics and AI-driven automation, while translating insights into strategic actions for marketing. This role blends data science with cross-functional collaboration to drive growth and efficiency at Zynga.

Responsabilidades Partner with marketing and cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities and shape initiatives

Lead analytical deep dives to surface actionable insights for senior stakeholders

Visualize and communicate findings to enable data-driven decisions

Apply statistical methods to evaluate performance and manage uncertainty in major initiatives





Prototype AI-driven automation to streamline investigations and decision-making

Requisitos principales Predictive modeling, statistics, experimental design, optimization, data visualization

Understanding of marketing metrics and KPIs, including LTV modeling and incrementality analysis

Proficiency in SQL and Python with hands-on experience in Redshift, Databricks, PySpark, and Airflow

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate ambiguous questions into insights

Strong communication skills to explain complex data simply

Familiarity with AI/ML concepts or automation of recurring analytics workflows is a plus

Team player with proven data analytics experience
