Overview In this role, you will help design and scale AI infrastructure on AWS as part of ADPs Spark team. You will work with engineering, product, data science, and platform groups to build reliable, secure, and cost-efficient AI platforms and deployment pipelines. This position emphasizes governance, observability, and FinOps to drive operational excellence at scale.

You'll shape AI development tooling and improve developer experience, contributing to a mission of AI-enabled products and operations.

Responsabilidades Design, build, and maintain AI infrastructure and platform services in AWS Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, observability, and monitoring for AI/ML systems Support AI governance, evaluation, scalability,



and operational excellence Apply FinOps practices to optimize AI infrastructure and model-related costs Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve developer experience and platform capabilities Contribute to technical best practices and support knowledge sharing across the team Requisitos principales Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field Experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Platform Engineering, or related area Strong knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM, Lambda, ECS/EKS, SageMaker, Bedrock, CloudWatch) Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Infrastructure as Code, and platform operations Familiarity with MLOps/AIOps practices, model deployment, observability, and LLM evaluation frameworks Strong communication skills in English strong communication collaboration cross-functional teamwork AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM, Lambda, ECS/EKS, SageMaker, Bedrock, CloudWatch) CI/CD pipelines Docker
