Location: Barcelona (1-2 days/week in office, remote the rest)

Key Responsibilities

Proven experience as a , leading design initiatives from discovery to delivery

Strong proficiency with Figma for wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs

Solid background designing end-to-end digital experiences for web and mobile products

Strong understanding of UX methodologies, interaction design,



information architecture and visual design

Experience collaborating with Product, UX Research, Engineering and Brand teamsi>

Familiarity with design systems and component-based design approaches

Understanding of accessibility principles and inclusive design

Nice to have

Experience contributing to the evolution of a company's design system and documentation

Data-informed design practices and experience with research/testing xkdbapo validation

Experience optimizing design processes, file management and version control
