Overview

As Senior Product Manager II, you will own the product strategy, roadmap, and GTM for Deel's global payroll/HR platform. You will collaborate with senior leaders, designers, and engineers to deliver a best-in-class experience to a diverse international customer base. You'll tackle cross-team discoveries, define measurable OKRs, and balance speed with quality.

This role offers impact at scale as Deel continues to transform global work. You'll lead with autonomy to shape meaningful product outcomes.

Responsabilidades

Own and influence product strategy, roadmap and GTM in collaboration with cross-functional partners

Identify and articulate customer problems, evaluate solutions, and define impact

Frame problems in Feasibility/Desirability/Viability with stakeholders and prioritize initiatives

Formulate questions, gather data, and assess opportunities to drive impactful OKRs

Understand users, personas, and use cases; drive shipping of initiatives on a reasonable schedule

Plan, drive,



and project manage initiatives leveraging agile methodologies

Deliver elegant solutions from scoping to launch while balancing speed and debt

Partner with design, engineering and ops to ensure high-quality UX and minimal cross-team disruption

Maintain ready work in backlog with buffer for escalations and ensure clear KPIs for major releases

Analyze post-launch results and set next steps; build dashboards to monitor impact

Identify opportunities, build quarterly/yearly roadmaps, and adjust plans with new data

Structure product reviews and planning sessions and obtain proactive stakeholder feedback

Build buy-in across PMs and stakeholders to support initiatives

Foster cross-team collaboration and ensure alignment with product design and other orgs

Ensure efficient development flow and proactive issue management

Requisitos principales 5-7 years of product management experience in a fast-paced environment (scaleup/start-up)
