Overview In this role you will own the Secure File Gateway and align it with ICAP Server to create a cohesive platform for secure content inspection in high-security environments. You will drive strategy, roadmap, and cross-functional execution with engineering, sales, and marketing to deliver a scalable, enterprise-grade security product. You'll translate customer needs into actionable requirements and shape a new product category within OPSWAT.

Responsabilidades Own the product strategy and roadmap for Secure File Gateway and ICAP Server

Drive adoption and growth by improving usability, performance, scalability, and integration

Lead market and competitive analysis across ICAP, proxy, secure web gateway, and inline inspection

Translate feedback and usage data into clear requirements and prioritized initiatives

Partner with engineering to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable capabilities

Collaborate on go-to-market, launches,



and enablement

Support strategic opportunities through customer conversations and technical positioning

Define and track success metrics tied to adoption and platform performance

Act as the voice of the customer for regulated environments

Requisitos principales 3–5 years of product management experience in B2B software strong understanding of ICAP, proxy technologies, secure web gateways, networking fundamentals, and content inspection workflows experience owning roadmaps and writing requirements experience engaging with enterprise customers and gathering structured feedback experience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles is a plus excellent communication and influence across product, engineering, and GTM teams customer-first mindset strategic curiosity execution bias
