Overview

As Senior Product Manager for Sovereign Services, you shape Vodafone's sovereign operating model to meet EU regulatory and customer sovereignty needs. You will design, govern, deliver and assure an end-to-end model including people, processes, tooling, controls and partner arrangements. You'll translate EU frameworks into actionable operating-model capabilities and work with cross-functional teams to embed sovereignty across services.

You'll engage customers for assurance and certification, maintaining the roadmap in a fast-changing regulatory landscape.

Responsabilidades Design, build and evolve Vodafones sovereign services operating model and its governance

Translate EU and market-specific sovereignty requirements into controls, roles and evidence

Engage customers to capture requirements and provide assurance and certifications

Collaborate across Cyber Security, Legal & Regulatory, Operations, local markets and technology portfolios to embed the model into delivery and run





Ensure portfolio-wide consistency and smooth integration with local-market delivery and customer journeys

Lead internal and external communications and act as a thought leader for service sovereignty

Requisitos principales Experience in operating-model design, service design or product management in Telco or IT

Strong understanding of GDPR, NIS2, DORA, EU Data Act and related sovereignty frameworks

Understanding of cyber security, data protection and governance/assurance practices

Understanding of sovereign cloud/services controls (data residency, access control, encryption, key management)

Experience with customers and auditors in assurance-focused roles and stakeholder management

Ability to drive work in a matrix organization and deliver under tight timelines

Excellent written and verbal communication

Strong stakeholder management across Legal, Security, Operations and local markets

Influence and coordination across cross-functional teams

Sovereign cloud / sovereignty services architecture and controls

Data residency, encryption and key management

Governance, controls and assurance frameworks
