The Role
Reporting to the Europe Sales Director – IPH, the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for driving continuous sales and profit growth within a defined territory by managing a portfolio of value-added customers. The role focuses on building strong,



long-term relationships with key stakeholders through a consultative selling approach.

This position combines home and office-based work within the sales region and requires a highly motivated, passionate individual to lead business development activities for our Industrial Process Heating portfolio across Southern Europe. The idóneo candidate demonstrates strong commercial acumen, technical understanding, and confidence in engaging with customers.

While the role does not require an engineering background, the candidate must be able to interpret technical proposals, provide reliable guidance during the quotation process, and collaborate effectively with engineering and proposal teams.
