We are looking for a Product Owner with strong expertise in compliance, risk management, and identity verification processes. Spanish fluency is required as part of this role.

WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?

- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Compliance Specialist,
Risk Specialist, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Compliance, Risk Management, and Internal Control frameworks.
- Experience managing and improving Identity Verification (KYC/KYB) processes.
- Solid understanding of Internal Audit, Regulatory Compliance, and Governance.
- Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies and control frameworks.
- Proven experience working with cross-functional stakeholders to define and deliver compliance-related products and processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken).
- Good level of English (written and spoken).




- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Currently based in Madrid.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
- Own and drive the roadmap of compliance and risk-related initiatives.
- Define, improve, and monitor identity verification and customer onboarding processes.
- Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Audit, Operations, and Technology teams to ensure regulatory alignment.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into actionable product features and process improvements.
- Participate in risk assessments, compliance reviews, and internal control activities.
- Implement process optimization initiatives and control enhancements to reduce operational risk.
- Monitor regulatory changes and industry best practices in compliance, risk management, and identity verification.
- Track KPIs and ensure the successful delivery of compliance-related initiativ
