In this frame, the jobholder will be responsible for performing the following main activities on time, on cost and on quality:
- Achieve project objectives (time, scope, cost, quality) to customer satisfaction in compliance with internal and external rules and regulations.
- Define, implement and drive a project team/organization all along the project phases, including people coming from other functions (matrix organizations).
- Ensure effective integration of lessons learnt.




- Ensure active risk and opportunity and contract (internal or external) management.
- Ensure effective management of partners and suppliers.
- Consultant to the business concerning Maintenance activities, Fleet Management and Flight Operations of Digital with respect to possible optimizations and customizations in respective tools or introduction of new tools to support the business processes in the best way

When a new release/project is launched, the jobholder will contribute carrying out the following tasks:
- Participating with the customer in the requirement definition,
- Developing functional analysis to describe the new functionalities.
- Assisting the development team in preparing customer documentation and training,
- Preparing, validating and testing operational procedures related to the subject product or service,
- Ensuring the training to the Help Desk,
- Organizing the training.
