MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Lead, coordinate and supervise construction activities in accordance with project requirements.
- Manage site teams, contractors,



subcontractors and other project stakeholders.
- Oversee construction progress, quality, resources and project schedules.
- Coordinate architectural, structural, MEP and interior fit-out activities.
- Ensure that construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor contractor performance and support the resolution of technical and operational issues.
- Review construction programmes, method statements and project documentation.
- Coordinate interior fit-out works, finishes, joinery and other specialist construction activities, where applicable.
- Implement and monitor health, safety and environmental procedures in accordance with project requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and identify potential risks, quality issues and areas for improvement.
- Prepare progress reports, inspection records and relevant project documentation.
- Support project handover, snagging and closeout activities.
