Amaris is hiring a Workday Solution Architect
to join our international team and support the evolution of our People & Culture digital ecosystem. This is a 100% remote opportunity, available either as a permanent contract or freelance.

Your missions
- Define the target architecture and roadmap for the P&C; digital landscape.
- Design and govern integrations and data flows between Workday, ERP, payroll systems, and third-party applications.
- Translate business needs into actionable technical solutions and architectures.
- Evaluate platforms, middleware, APIs, and vendor solutions.
- Support delivery teams and validate architectural choices.
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, RBAC, and data governance standards.
- Analyze new Workday releases and identify opportunities related to AI/ML and automation.
- Identify and manage technical risks, technical debt, and rationalization opportunities.
- Present and defend architectural decisions to P&C;, Payroll, Digital/IT teams, and partners.

Your profile
- Experience with Workday architecture and integrations: Studio, EIB, APIs.




- Experience with end-to-end Hire-to-Retire and Time-to-Pay architectures.
- Experience integrating Workday with ERP, Finance, Operations, and payroll systems.
- Mastery of API-first, event-driven, and domain-driven architectures.
- Experience with Cloud/SaaS and integration platforms.
- Strong knowledge of data governance, privacy, security, and RBAC.
- Academic background: business, information systems, or related field.
- English fluent. Additional European languages are a plus.
- You demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
